Wichita, KS (Dec. 13, 2024) – The Family Initiative, Inc. (TFI) is pleased to announce the return of Kristi Naylor as the new Chief Programs Officer (CPO).
Naylor holds a master’s degree in Mariage and Family Therapy from Friends University and has worked in child welfare for more than 30 years. She will return to TFI in January 2025, where she previously spent 14 years of her career.
She currently serves as the president of Our Community Our Kids Division of ACH Child and Family Services in Ft. Worth, Tex. During her time with ACH, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the success of community-based care.
In addition, Naylor has been a champion in Kansas child welfare, having worked with various Kansas agencies including EmberHope in Wichita and KVC Health Systems in Emporia.
“She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in both Kansas and Texas, and we are excited to welcome her back to the TFI Family,” said Mike Patrick, CEO, TFI.
In her new role with TFI, Naylor will oversee the case management program in Kansas along with the case management programs in Texas.
